Flexe, Inc. (" Flexe", " we", " us", or " our") is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals, including its candidates for employment.

This Recruiting Privacy Notice (this "Notice") describes how Flexe collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information about job applicants in connection with the recruitment process and when considering such applicants for employment opportunities at Flexe (" you", " your", or " Job Applicants"). For purposes of this Notice, "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular job applicant or household. Personal Information does not include information that does not and cannot reveal an individual’s specific identity, such as information that has been de-identified or aggregated.

We may update this Notice at any time. We may also provide you additional privacy notices regarding our collection, use or disclosure of information.

This Notice does not form part of any employment contract or contract to provide services. If you provide information to us through or in connection with another company, we are not responsible for that company’s privacy practices.

Notice at Collection (for California Job Applicants)

Below is an overview of how we have collected and used Personal Information of Job Applicants in the twelve months preceding the "Last Updated" date of this Notice. We do not sell or share your Personal Information (as defined in applicable privacy laws). If you are a California resident, see the California Privacy Rights section of this Notice for information about your rights pursuant to California law. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as is needed to carry out the purposes we’ve described or as otherwise required by law. The criteria used to determine the applicable retention period for your Personal Information includes the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject that requires us to retain your Personal Information.

For purposes of the CCPA, we do not process Personal Information for profiling purposes, or for any other form of automated decision-making relating to prospective employment or work performance.

The California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA" (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq) gives Job Applicants who are California residents the right to receive notice of the following information with respect to our collection of Personal Information.

Submitting your Requests

We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. For example, we may retain Personal Information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, and to process transactions and facilitate customer requests.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the Personal Information and whether you have an account with us.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent identifies himself/herself/itself as an authorized agent and can show written permission from you to represent you. We may contact you directly to confirm that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf and confirm your identity.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us.  Please be aware, however, that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. While we strive to protect information transmitted in connection with the activities covered by this Notice, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information that you choose to transmit. In the unlikely event of a data security breach, Flexe will comply with all applicable data breach notification laws.

As part of the job application process, Flexe may link to third-party sites or platforms that it does not own or control. This Notice does not apply to the Personal Information processed by such third-party websites. Read the privacy policy of any linked third-party websites carefully, and contact them directly if you have any related questions. We are not responsible for such third-party websites or their policies.

CHILDREN

We do not hire children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.
